The product series COK and COKR offer submersible pumps and accessories for many uses with extraordinary cost-effectiveness. We'll of course also manage the planning and installation of your sewage plant.
Pumps with and without shredding mechanisms:
Submersible engine pumps from the COK series come without a shredding mechanism and are used to process pure pig slurry without straw and raw feed remains and to pump various kinds of waste water. The submersible engine pumps from the COKR series have a shredding mechanism and are appropriate for processing cow slurry with feed and bedding remains in mixtures that contain up to 12% dry materials.

  • Freely adjustable vertical positioning and sideways pivoting in every working position.
  • Reliable operation with all types of slurry, as well as feed, sawdust and straw remains.
  • Sewage-resistant materials such as cast iron, brass and stainless steel are used.
Coupling stand, coupling connection with mixed jets that can be moved. The pump is joined to a rectangular siphon made of stainless steel and can be raised with a winch with a V2A cable and moved sideways. This is particularly advantageous when mixing with mixed jets that have been affixed to the unit. A connection to the delivery pipe can be made by snapping the unit into the coupling stand. This installation is particularly useful in elevated reception tanks or for preliminary channels that need to be used for homogenization.
A wide range of uses:
  • The submersible pumps can be modified to meet almost any task because of the wide range of accessories. They can be:
  • Used to fill the silo and tank truck in the preliminary channel
  • Installed in the sewage cellar or pumping well, if pumps are used for washing and slalom systems.
  • In the silo, the submersible pumps are used for homogenization and filling the tanker.
  • Used as a dry pump, a direct connection to the pipe clearing (vacuum) system is possible without a preliminary channel, a particularly cost-effective solution.
  • The use of tankers and transport trucks allows for mobile use
